Award-winning gourmet fishcakes handmade from the finest smoked mackerel with earthy beetroot and a peppery horseradish lift. Pink and positively yummy!

Delicious served with a spinach and watercress salad with a walnut dressing.

Available in packs of 4 (serves 2) or packs of 15.

Keep refrigerated – below 4°C. Suitable for home freezing. Cook from frozen.

Smoked mackerel (fish) (31%), cooked potatoes, beetroot (10%), egg, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron niacin hiamine), water, salt, yeast, palm stearin, rapeseed oil), onion, horseradish (2.5%), lemon juice, parsley, dill, wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron niacin hiamine), beetroot powder, lemon zest, sunflower oil, seasoning. May also contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

Though every care is taken, fish may contain traces of shell or bone.

Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.

Fresh: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan) / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes until the crumb is crispy and heated through.

From frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) / Gas mark 3 for 30-35 minutes until piping hot.

Air fry for 12 minutes at 170°C or according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
