Vegan Seacakes

Our Vegan Seacake is evocative of the seaside without any fish. A medley of seaweed, samphire, capers, greens and a generous squeeze of lemon and sprinkling of seasoning, all wrapped in a delicious gluten-free and dairy-free crumb.

Lovingly handmade at our seaside HQ in the New Forest. We are passionate about the environment and sustainability and we work locally with local producers and growers whenever possible.

Delicious served on a spinach and watercress salad with a walnut dressing.

Keep refrigerated – below 4°C. Suitable for home freezing. Cook from frozen.

Cooked potato, cooked spinach, gluten-free breadcrumbs (millet flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat maize flour, potato flour, fresh yeast, psyllium, flaxseed, salt), water, peas, organic seaweed 6% (dulce, sea spaghetti, kelp), sunflower oil, samphire 5%, cooked onion, capers 2%, rice flour, lemon juice, spring onions, salt, lemon zest, pepper, parsley. May also contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.

Fresh: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan) / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes until the crumb is crispy and heated through.

From frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) / Gas mark 3 for 30-35 minutes until piping hot.

Air fry for 12 minutes at 170°C or according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
