GLUTEN-FREE WIGHTCAKES
Award-winning traditional fishcakes handmade with chunks of seasonal white fish, spring onions, fresh herbs and just the right amount of seasoning. Our gluten-free crumb is made from gluten-free bread by the lovely Tanya of the Knife & Fork Bakery – the best GF bakers around.
Wightcakes are named after the beautiful Isle of Wight, which is where we first crafted them from a catch of white fish sustainably fished by the Yarmouth Fishermen’s Association.
We are passionate about the environment and sustainability and we work with fishermen from the region and local producers and growers whenever possible.
Wightcakes make the perfect quick dinner, serve with a side of fresh garden peas and thick-cut wedges.
Available in packs of 4 (serves 2) or packs of 15.
Keep refrigerated – below 4°C. Suitable for home freezing. Cook from frozen.
