Paired with locally sourced chalk stream Salmon, a silky hollandaise sauce, and fresh lemon, this box is all about clean, seasonal flavour. Available for a limited time, while the asparagus is at its best.

Ingredients: Salmon (fish), potatoes, asparagus, spring onions, onions, lemon, parsley, salt & pepper, breadcrumbs (wheat (gluten), flour [calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin] water, yeast, sunflower oil, salt, egg, sunflower oil for frying.

ALLERGENS: Our fishcakes are likely to contain fish, egg and wheat unless specified as gluten free or vegan. May also contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

Though every care is taken, fish may contain traces of shell or bone.

Nutritional information will differ according to the season and will be advised on the label.

Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.

Fresh: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan) / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes until the crumb is crispy and heated through.

From frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) / Gas mark 3 for 30-35 minutes until piping hot.

Air fry for 12 minutes at 170°C or according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
