Our traditional British fish fingers are handmade with chunks of the finest white fish and coated in our secret recipe crumb.

We are passionate about the environment and sustainability and we work fishermen from our region, and local producers and growers, whenever possible.

Perfect for a quick and tasty dinner with homemade potato wedges and fresh peas. Or simply lash some of our award-winning tartare sauce onto a bed of watercress and rocket in a soft, floury bread roll, add piping hot fish fingers and enjoy… sauce must run down your chin. We hope you enjoy them!

Available net weight: 180g (approx 6 fingers) or 1kg (approx 32 fingers).

Keep refrigerated – below 4°C. Suitable for home freezing. Cook from frozen.

Prime white fish (85%) breadcrumbs (wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine], rye flour, toasted barley, malt, water, salt, yeast), egg, sunflower oil, wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin], lemon, parsley, salt, pepper.

ALLERGENS: see ingredients in bold. May also contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

Though every care is taken, fish may contain traces of shell or bone.

Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.

Fresh: Cook in a preheated oven at 190°C (fan) / Gas mark 4 for 6-8 minutes until crispy. Can be fried.

From frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 190°C (fan) / Gas mark 4 for 10-12 minutes until piping hot.
