MAC ‘N’ HARI FISHCAKES

Our award-winning, funkiest fishcakes in town are handmade from the finest fresh mackerel and sweet potatoes, with roasted peppers and hot smokey harissa chilli paste – a sweet and fiery taste temptation!

We are passionate about the environment and sustainability and we work with fishermen from our region and local producers and growers whenever possible.

Available in packs of 4 (serves 2) or packs of 15.

Keep refrigerated – below 4°C. Suitable for home freezing. Cook from frozen.

Smoked mackerel (fish) (30%), roasted sweet potatoes (20%), mixed peppers (10%), cooked potatoes, egg, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (wholemeal wheat flour, wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron niacin hiamine], water, salt, yeast, palm stearin, rapeseed oil), onion, parsley, harissa paste (2.5%) (water, red chilli, garlic salt), lemon juice, wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron niacin hiamine], garlic, sunflower oil, lemon zest, seasoning, coriander, chilli flakes. May also contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.

Fresh: Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan) / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes until the crumb is crispy and heated through.

From frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) / Gas mark 3 for 30-35 minutes until piping hot.

Air fry for 12 minutes at 170°C or according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
