Rosemary & Garlic infused oil
This classic combination of Rosemary & Garlic has proven to be a bestselling infused oil. With its bold garlic and fragrant Rosemary it is the perfect choice for drizzling over Wightcakes or our Vegan Seacakes. It’s also great as a dressing for salad leaves.

Chilli Infused Oil
This delicious oil has been infused with natural chilli extract to produce a wonderful chilli kick. Our Bollywood fishcakes are mildly aromatic with Indian spices, but if you like some kick, then a little of this Chilli Oil drizzled on a Bollywood will hit the spot!

Maple Smoked Oil
Pure rapeseed oil is cold smoked for 30 hours over maple wood chips to produce this delicious oil. The maple wood smoke adds a mellow smoke tone to the oil and enriches its amber colour. Use this to dress a salad to go with our Smokey Bill fishcakes, the Wightcake or our Vegan Seacakes.

Our 500ml bottle is the flagship of the rapeseed oil range, containing our very best, award-winning cold pressed rapeseed oil. Our rapeseed oil lends itself perfectly to all areas of cooking. It has a high smoke point which makes it ideal for high temperature cooking, such as frying and roasting, but it also tastes great as a dipping oil with a splash of balsamic or as a dressing for salad.
TARRAGON MUSTARD MAYONNAISE
A combination of a delicious tarragon mustard mixed into a creamy mayonnaise made with our pure rapeseed oil. The resulting flavour is a beautiful tangy mayonnaise with a bite of tarragon.
Un-duja Mayonnaise
A delicious combination of creamy mayonnaise with a warm bite of ‘Nduja seasoning. Not too much of a kick, but more of a sweet warm tone, with a little bite at the end. This mayo is suitable for Vegetarians.
