This week’ s special is our Salmon, Caper & Dill Fishcake.
Packed with rich salmon, punchy capers, fresh dill and a bright lift of lemon, this fishcake is full of classic flavour with a fresh, vibrant twist. Finished in a crisp artisan crumb, it’s s golden on the outside, soft and satisfying in the middle, and bursting with savoury, herby goodness in every bite. A proper little seaside treat, and only here for a limited time, so don’ t miss it.
Salmon (fish), potatoes, spring onions, capers, dijon mustard, (potassium metabisulphate) lemon, dill, parsley, salt & pepper, breadcrumbs (wheat (gluten), flour [calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin] water, yeast, sunflower oil, salt, egg, sunflower oil for frying.
