HOW TO COOK SAMPHIRE

Samphire is widely available nowaways and is easy and quick to cook. It beautifully elevates our Wightcakes, Crabbie Cakes and Vegan Seacakes. 

Always wash it thoroughly and remove any woody stalks. 

Simply steam over a pan of boiling water for a couple of minutes and then add unsalted butter, or a plant-based alternative, and freshly ground black pepper.
